Privacy

What we collect

• Your details. Name, email address and phone number, so we can take your order and reach you about it.
• Your delivery address. Only if you choose delivery. Saved addresses live in your account and you can delete them at any time.
• Your orders. What you ordered, what it cost and its status.
• Your reviews and messages. Anything you choose to send us.

We do not ask for, want or store card numbers, CVVs or bank details. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay on their own secure pages. We receive only a payment reference and a status.

Cookies

We set a cookie to keep you signed in. Your cart is kept in your browser's local storage rather than on our servers, and it holds only product ids and quantities — never prices, never anything you typed. Clearing your browser data empties it.

Who can see your information

• The kitchen staff preparing your order, so they can make it.
• The delivery partner, so the order reaches you.
• Our payment processor, Razorpay, which handles the transaction under their own privacy policy.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

How we protect it

• Every page is served over an encrypted connection.
• Access to order and customer records is restricted in the database itself, not just in the interface — a signed-in customer can only read their own orders.
• Order totals are recalculated on the server at payment time.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and support. Account records are kept until you ask us to delete your account.

Your rights

You can see and change your details, delete your saved addresses, and request a copy or deletion of your data at any time. Just ask on the contact page and we will deal with it.

Children

This is a food ordering site, not a social network, and we do not seek the data of anyone under 18.
